Return Policy — Lexa Travel

At Lexa Travel, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made returns simple and transparent.

1. Returns

You have 100 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original accessories and documentation must be included.

  • Used or damaged products cannot be accepted.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@lexatravel.store so we can resolve it promptly.

2. Exchanges

For a faster process, please return your current product and place a new order after your return is approved.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable VAT or customs charges.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return is confirmed.

4. How to Return an Order

  1. Email hello@lexatravel.store with your order number and reason for return.

    (Subject line: “Return – [Your Order Number]”)

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Include a printed note with your order number and reason for return.

Once shipped, please send your tracking number to hello@lexatravel.store.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your bank’s policy).

If 15 days have passed without a refund, please contact us.
