1.1 Outlined Return Policy

 

 

  • You have 100 days from the date of purchase to return your product.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all its accessories and documentation.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

1.2 Exchanges

 

 

  • The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.

  • We recommend reaching out to our Customer Happiness team for assistance at returns@lexatravel.store.

 


 

1.3 Return Costs

 

 

  • Please note that return shipping costs, along with any related VAT and customs fees, are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please ensure that all items are securely packed in the original packaging with all tags included. We do not accept used products for return.

  2. Include a printed note with your order number and reason for return inside the package.

  1. Once your package is shipped, please send the tracking number to returns@lexatravel.store.

 


 

2.3 Refunds

 

 

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days (usually within 10 business days), depending on your bank issuer’s policies.
